If you’re in the Orlando area and want some goooooood vittles I highly recommend Dexter’s in Winter Park.

Winter Park is an uber-cute suburb of area that is nearly free of motorized wheel chairs and retirement homes. Instead they have wine bars, french bakeries, and a farmer’s market. We recently at lunch at Dexter’s Winter Park location. When I’m eating out I always try to order something that I would never cook for myself. For lunch I had the banh mi sammich, AKA heaven on a plate.

Hoisin-ginger cured grilled pork, fried egg, daikon, cucumber, carrot and sliced chili’s with garlic aioli and fresh cilantro. Crunchy, sweet, decadent. I love it when I made good choices!

And of course, no sammich is complete with a killer bloody mary. The ultimate bloody with pepperoncini, shrimp, and BACON SALT. Yep, I said it. BACON SALT. Cheers!
